SecureAI provides a digital certification and verification system designed to document an individual's declaration prohibiting the unauthorized use of their facial likeness, identity, and personal imagery in artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

2. Legal Nature of the Service

• SecureAI certificates are not government-issued documents.
• Certificates are based on user declarations and digital records.
• Certificates do not constitute legal advice or court rulings.
• They may be used as supporting evidence or documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree that:

• All submitted information is accurate and belongs to them.
• Uploaded images are owned by the user or legally authorized.
• No third-party rights are violated.
• The system will not be misused for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Certificates & Validity

Certificates are issued according to the selected plan (monthly, yearly, or family). Expired certificates are no longer valid.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be completed via online payment providers, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Due to the digital nature of the service, activated certificates are non-refundable.

6. Suspension or Termination

SecureAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, false declarations, legal violations, or security concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

SecureAI is not responsible for third-party AI platform actions, service interruptions, or how certificates are interpreted or enforced by external parties.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
